With RUGSAK Care+, we offer you a free warranty extension of 24 months from the date of purchase – exclusively for those who sign up for our newsletter. This voluntary manufacturer's warranty applies in addition to your statutory rights.

✅ What is covered?

Our RUGSAK Care+ guarantee protects you against:

  • Material and processing defects
  • Defects in zippers, buckles, seams and strap connections
  • Wear and tear beyond the normal limits due to manufacturing defects

❌ What is not covered?

The following are not covered by the guarantee:

  • Damage caused by improper use, overloading or misuse
  • Normal wear and tear (e.g. scratches, color fading)
  • Unauthorized attempts at repair or modification
  • Damage caused by weather conditions (e.g. extreme heat, water, fire)

📅 Validity period

The RUGSAK Care+ guarantee is valid for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase and is linked to newsletter registration.


👉 Subscribing from the newsletter at a later date does not affect the validity of the guarantee.

The RUGSAK Care+ Guarantee is a voluntary additional service and does not affect your statutory warranty rights under Section 437 of the German Civil Code (BGB). These rights apply, independent of the warranty, for two years from receipt of the goods .
