We work with the service provider meinEinkauf. This means there are no additional costs for the customer. The products are already customs-cleared and no further fees apply.

Unfortunately, we currently do not ship to the UK.
However, you can purchase our products via Amazon.
SHIPPING REST OF THE WORLD
We also ship to selected countries outside the EU. Currently, this includes Australia, Indonesia and South Africa.
Shipping costs to these countries are €29.00 per order.

For deliveries to countries outside the EU, RUGSAK does not handle customs clearance. Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, fees or other charges must be borne by the customer and are levied by the customs or tax authorities of the destination country. The amount of these additional costs cannot be predicted by us.

UNAVAILABILITY OF ORDERED GOODS
In the event that ordered goods are unavailable, we reserve the right not to deliver them. In this case, we will inform you immediately and refund any payments already made without delay.
